2023 Supplier Diversity Judges and Finalists 

We meet regularly with the Minority Business Development Group to develop strategies to educate and increase awareness of minority and diversity issues within ISM—NJ, and we assist in the planning of our annual Supplier Diversity Event.

 

The Diversity Issues Committee's goals are to:

  • Increasingly share the resources acquired through diverse perspectives.
  • To demonstrate the need for continuous improvements in the way we acquire knowledge.
  • To improve partnerships with a diverse group of suppliers and implement diverse strategies to sourcing to benefit the bottom line.
