The Women & Leadership Conference is an annual event organized by the Institute for Supply Management New Jersey (ISM-NJ). This conference focuses on empowering and inspiring women in supply chain management and various other industries. It features keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops that address various aspects of leadership, career development, diversity, and inclusion. Attendees have the opportunity to network with industry leaders, gain insights from successful professionals, and enhance their leadership skills. The conference aims to foster a supportive community and promote gender diversity within the industry.
